PILATES

Sarah strongly believes that to achieve a strong healthy spine, it is essential to have good core stability. This means to use a sequence of exercises to strengthen the deep abdominal and back muscles . This creates a centre of stability for the body that enables individuals to have a strong, flexible spine to prevent injury or recurrence of back pain.

Sarah has trained in the basic principles of Pilates and applies her knowledge to tailor a programme for each individual patient.
