How we move, stand and walk can have a dramatic & long lasting effect on our joints, soft tissue and spine.

Most of us are not symmetrical and this could be the underlying cause of injury or pain.

For this reason Sarah always looks at the biomechanics of the body. Sometimes a simple correction such as a heel raise is all that is required. This can help to improve symptoms and also prevent recurrence of the problem.

For more complex cases Sarah refers to and works alongside a local podiatrist.
